I’m writing at the end of the day, so I know most of you won’t get my Easter greeting until Monday, but every day should be like Easter in our hearts, so it’s still fitting! Continue reading

Girl’s day out after Christmas
Early this morning, my younger sister, Lauryn, came over and picked me up and we spent the day together. First we wanted to go see where Sherill is buried. Continue reading
Congratulations, Mark!
There is a website I signed up for a number of months ago called Capture Door County (https://www.capturedoorcounty.com/). The purpose for the website is to allow photographers in Door County to post some of their best pictures of the county. About every month or so, there will be a challenge topic (such as lighthouses, sunsets, landscapes, etc). This month, the challenge topic is Reflect on 2018.

We finally made it here. We arrived around noon and then Mark tried to get everything set up. We also need to get another hose so we can hook up to water. We are just really happy to have landed, and the family has been contacting us to welcome us back. Since I wasn’t able to show pictures from yesterday, I’ll include some of those today. Continue reading
Umm…On your mark…?
OK, so Mark and I were talking about things today and he says we probably could have left by Sunday except that we need to stop in Green Bay to pick up a part so the RV furnace will work, and the supplier won’t be open on Sunday. It’s looking like we won’t be leaving Door County until Monday.
Sometimes, a picture isn’t worth a million words…
Because the fall colors have been so glorious, I was carrying my camera with me to work and to church in case I should see something I had to shoot. Last Sunday, I was driving home from church with my camera on the front seat beside me. I suddenly had to step on the brake and the camera fell off the seat. The next picture I tried to take, the lens wouldn’t focus. 🙁 I have seen all sorts of things since that I would have loved to photograph and share with you, but I can’t. Therefore, I haven’t written.
