Today was sunny without a cloud in the sky. It was still cool, but by Tuesday we’re supposed to be back up in the 70s. I took this picture from our “backyard” before all the snow melts: Continue reading

Go!
We’re in the RV! It’s still parked in our driveway, but we hope to leave as early as possible in the morning. Continue reading
Get set…again
Today went a little better. Mark gave me some specific cleaning assignments and I completed them, so I’m feeling better about myself. In the meantime, he managed to get things pretty much ready in the RV and we also got his motorcycle loaded into the pickup truck. We still have a fair amount to do tomorrow, and then we hope to spend the night tomorrow night in the RV so that we can pretty much head out on Monday.
Get ready…
Well, we had aimed for getting out of here tomorrow, but it ain’t happening. Besides the fact that we still have a lot to do to get ready, Mark can’t find the keys to the RV ignition, so he had to call a locksmith. The locksmith is down in Green Bay and won’t be able to come up until tomorrow.

Our electricity flicked off and on a couple times, but for the most part, it stayed on. I stood under the eaves of the house and tried to get pictures. Continue reading
August days
One good thing about having a German Shepherd puppy is that I have to go outside more than I did last summer. This month in particular, I’ve been paying close attention to what I see and hear… Continue reading
Prospects
This has been a positively exciting week! It started on Monday when I had lunch with a business consultant… Continue reading
Home again
I actually returned home late Tuesday night, but this is the first time I’ve had a chance to sit down and write since I got back. I am at my own computer now, so I have an opportunity to send the pictures I took while I was gone. Continue reading
