As of today, we have finally entered summer. You may be thinking I’m off by a few days, but what I mean is that today we finally hit temperatures in the mid-70s. Looking at the future forecast, it would appear that it will be in the 70s and 80s for the foreseeable future! Continue reading

The pre-demolition sale
There was an ad last week in our local newspaper, The Pulse, regarding a pre-demolition sale that was going to happen this weekend at a resort in Sturgeon Bay. Mark and I decided to go and see if there was anything we could use for our house. Continue reading
Changing gears
A couple of days ago, we signed a contract to get a new furnace installed, including new ductwork. That will happen on May 14th and 15th. Biking along the Rillito River

She started wandering out into the desert and he followed her. Something caught his eye so he walked over to see what it was and found a recumbent tricycle in pretty good condition lying out there. It needed some repairs to the seat covers, both the seat and the seat back, but other than that, it was usable. He brought it home and we fixed it up. Ever since then, he’s been wanting to go on a bike ride with me. Continue reading
