We crossed two state borders today, skipping over South Carolina. We will be back in a week or so, but we are in a hurry to spend Thanksgiving with my cousin and his family in Orlando tomorrow. Had we not reached our campsite in the dark last night, I could have shown a bit more what Ohio looks like. As it is, within about half an hour after paying for our campsite this morning, we were out of Ohio. I paid in the Bob Evans homestead museum which is right next to the first Bob Evans restaurant, and they said I had to at least get something from the restaurant so I could have bragging rights to having eaten at the first Bob Evans restaurant. I was sick for a week with the “company cold” (the staff has been passing it around), and this week Mark got it. We’ve been working on trying to get packed up to leave and campers keep coming and won’t be leaving till the day before we do, so things have been busy.
