About a week ago I had my email account closed because someone had hacked into it and sent a bunch of spam out from my address. My son, Jamey, was able to help me change my password and put code protection on my account so that I can’t be hacked again, but that doesn’t mean that someone can’t use my email address to send out spam. I have not yet been able to work much. Mark has been working alone the last couple days while I try to deal with Workers Comp and seeing the doctor here today. He’s ordered a test for me and I was waiting around for that phone call today too, so not much to report. Continue reading

This morning we called several service centers to see if they could work on our RV but they all said no. Finally, Mark asked at the office of the park we’re staying in to see if there was anyone they could recommend. They recommended a little shop not far from here so we took the RV to the shop. He’s ba-ack!
I didn’t write last night because I wanted to be able to report that Mark was home. I had thought he might be home by the time I got home from work a little after 8:00, but he wasn’t. Instead, there was a message on the answering machine saying he was just north of St. Petersburg, FL and he would be home soon. I thought I might have time to make it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to pick up my laptop. Continue reading

It’s been kind of an exciting day. The most exciting part was getting to hear the voice of my twin, Denise Fuller, on the other end of my phone line this evening! We are in Maryland near Washington DC and we will have five days here to explore and also to spend time with her. She and I have never met yet, but we’ve been emailing each other for about a year and a half and becoming fast friends. I’ll get into that more in the next few days. Last hurrah in San Antonio
I haven’t written in a while because my laptop hard drive began to fail and we took it in to get backed up and have a new hard drive put in. Unfortunately, the backup couldn’t capture everything I had on the old hard drive so I’ve been having to rebuild my computer.
