Changing gears
A couple of days ago, we signed a contract to get a new furnace installed, including new ductwork. That will happen on May 14th and 15th. I would have preferred sooner since we are heating the house with our wood stove, but the installers are busy trying to help folks who had their heating systems damaged during this past winter. As you know, we arrived home on the Saturday before Easter, and we’ve been busy ever since. Mark’s business doesn’t begin until May 1st when all the campgrounds open, so he is taking advantage of this time to get some things done around the house. So am I. Continue reading

Old news is better than none…
A couple of weekends ago, Mark and I went to an RV show at the Pima County Fairgrounds. Most of what we saw was redundant and not very exciting, but we saw two 5th Wheels that we fell in love with and they were reasonably priced. Only problem is, we owe more on our current RV than it is worth, so all we could do is drool. Continue reading
