I’m running low on battery, so this will be a quicky. Thank you to all those of you who have been praying for Mark and me. I got a call from him this evening saying he has stopped for the night in Biloxi, MS. That means he still has a nine-hour drive ahead of him tomorrow. I kept busy today and I’ll be working tomorrow, so I’m doing better. Just, please, pray him home!
This morning at about 5:30, Mark took off on his motorcycle headed for Texas. There is a matter of business he’s been trying to take care of by phone or online, and it hasn’t been working, so he decided the only thing for it was to go there in person. Continue reading

Dad has been saying for years that Hilton Head is one of his favorite places in the country. This morning we headed south to check it out for ourselves. It was nearly a two-hour drive to get there. We had no idea what to look for there, so we tried stopping at the first welcome center we saw, and we found that it was closed and completely empty. Not a good sign! Continue reading
