Follow-up on Mark

Mark had his hand surgery yesterday.  The doctor said the surgery was a success and he sent Mark home with a prescription for pain.  Mark slept some during the day, but in the evening he started feeling bad.  I had to go get a new thermometer because ours decided to stop working, and while I was gone, he got sick.  I called the ER to see if I should bring him in, but they said it was probably a reaction to the anesthesia. Prayer request

For those of you who pray, I’d like to request prayer for Mark.  Tomorrow morning, early, he’s going to the VA in Muskogee for carpal tunnel surgery on his left hand.  When they did his right hand they gave him a local anesthetic, but this time they’re going to put him under.  They expect him to be kind of loopy for a day or so.  I’ll be home taking care of him and may not have an opportunity to write for a couple days.  Thanks in advance!

Slower days?
