The whole month of April is the world famous Mt Vernon Tulip Festival.  There are a number of tulip, daffodil and iris farms in the area.  The two biggest tulip farms are Tulip Town and Roozengaarde.  Roozengaarde offers a military discount, so Mark and I went there yesterday.  It has taken some time to transfer the pictures we took and edit them, but I am finally ready to publish some of the best of them here… Continue reading →
