This morning we called several service centers to see if they could work on our RV but they all said no. Finally, Mark asked at the office of the park we’re staying in to see if there was anyone they could recommend. They recommended a little shop not far from here so we took the RV to the shop.

The guy under the RV was wearing a hat that said “Ephesians 6:7”. Mark asked me to read that to him: “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men…” Mark said, “Yeah, we’re going to have these guys fix the RV!”
The guys were going to call around for a part and call us back, so we headed back to the campground to see if we could stay for another night. After we paid and Mark went back out to start the RV, it wouldn’t start. He tried everything, and one of the guys from the shop even came to look at it and didn’t think it could be started again in its condition, but after letting it sit for a while and a quick prayer, Mark tried it again and it fired right up. We turned around and took it back to the shop and exchanged our RV site for a cabin at the park tonight. We got a pet friendly cabin and brought our cats back with us.
Fortunately, there was some slack built into this trip so I think we’ll be on time for the important stuff. Unfortunately, the repair is going to be costly with parts and labor.
Besides getting the essentials transported from the RV to the cabin and going out for dinner (our cabin doesn’t have a bathroom or a kitchen) and doing some laundry, we had time on our hands so we did what we love best. We went on a shoot around the park.
