Eleven years ago, on a Friday the 13th, Mark and I eloped.  We celebrated a little differently today…

First, I should show the progress we’ve made so far on our remodel:

The only thing left in our bathroom is the old bathtub.

We drove down to Green Bay to get the materials for the new floor and walls.

We spent the drive talking about a five-year plan.  It was pleasant to talk about our dreams and the possibilities ahead of us.  When we got back and unloaded our supplies, we went to dinner in Sister Bay.
