Let’s talk about the weather…

This last week has been surprisingly warm for February, even for Tucson! Our temperatures have been in the 70’s and 80’s. Not so up north I’ve heard…

By contrast, my sister Lauryn got a whole bunch of snow:

Lauryn said, “No birds in this neighborhood are going to die on my watch!” She’s been sending Nate out to fill the bird feeder several times already.

They had to keep shoveling their steps and the sidewalk in front of their house. I’ve never seen snow piled so high except in the mountains!
Their cat, Buster, has been curious about the snow, although I doubt he’d like it if he wasn’t in his nice, warm house!
