Yesterday, I finished making the last of the calls for my office for the season! I started on Tuesday, so it only took me three full days to get through them all this time.

I think I’ll be calling for other offices now until they are finished. I asked my boss what she would do with me once I’m finished and she told me she needs all the filed returns (around 1400 at the time) checked for signatures. That should last a while.

I heard a rumor recently, and I hope that’s all it is, that the government might extend the tax season due to the coronavirus. I know a lot of things are being postponed because of the virus, but I’m told there have been 6,000 deaths due to the flu and only 300-something due to the coronavirus. I hope the scare passes soon. I’m eager to get back to Wisconsin and see how our house fared this winter!
