Mark and I have been watching Zillow for close to a year, so we sat down at lunchtime with a list of some houses here in Price that we thought we might be interested in. We were just going to drive past them and see what we thought of the neighborhoods. All the houses we looked at in downtown Price were disappointing. They looked small and crowded, and the neighborhoods weren’t very nice. We were about to decide we’d better look in other towns, but we decided to finish the list.
There was one that had a Price address, but it was way out in the country, closer to Wellington. As we were driving through farm country, we started feeling like there was more room to breathe.

The house we drove by is a double-wide manufactured home sitting on 3 acres of land, but the best thing about it is that it’s up on a hill and has a 360-degree view of these mountains and the valley! We didn’t come to Price thinking we would be looking at any houses on this visit, but this house is in the price range we’ve been talking about, so we called a realtor. We have an appointment to see the inside of the house tomorrow afternoon. We’ll see what comes of it.
