Wind, wind, go away. Come again some other day! The highway is still closed to broad vehicles under 20,000 lbs, so this morning, Mark had to go in and pay for another night here at KOA.

We decided to take this day as a day of rest and also to get some little things done. We went to Walmart to get a few things we needed, and as soon as we pulled into a parking space, we were hit with hail! By the time we came out, though, the hail had stopped. When we got home, Mark and I sat down on the couch and he fell asleep. Poor guy! He’s been battling all sorts of weather the past couple of days, and it’s been kind of wearing. It’s probably a good thing that we had today to rest. We got some dishes done and made a nice dinner.

The weather report for tomorrow is that the winds, although still blowing, will be a bit milder. We’re hoping to leave tomorrow and get on the road again. If you could please pray for us or send good thoughts, we’d appreciate it!
