Thank you to all who wrote to Mark with prayers and good wishes for my recovery!  I won’t write long, but I wanted to let you know that my recovery is already starting out much better this time than last.

Last time my left hand was so swollen when I went to see my hand therapist that he and my surgeon talked and decided to give me Methylprednisolone which is for the tenosynovitis and also for edema.  This time I asked the surgeon to prescribe it immediately and I have had no swelling this time.  As a result, I can move my fingers and wrist already and I don’t see my hand therapist till Monday!

I ask for prayers for Mark now.  We’re going to Seattle Monday and Tuesday for some testing for him at the VA hospital.  Please pray that his results are as good as mine have been!
