Time with the kids

Mark took me to work this morning at the Noble House and then he went and picked Merih up for some guy time.  Mark has been working on Merih’s car for at least the last couple of weeks, and it was hoped that with Merih’s help, they might be able to finish, but this car is not so easy to fix.  However, Mark thinks that they should be able to have it driveable by next Tuesday.  Merih is certainly hoping so! A little bit of catch-up

First, some news about my pastor, Nancy.  I believe I had last told you that she was not going to have a mastectomy.  That was the news she told us all when she sent a phone call out to the church.  Ten minutes later, the oncologist called her and told her that not only was that still a possibility, but the doctor wanted her to have a port put in to start a sixteen-week course of chemo.  My pastor was too devastated to call back.
